These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Bombora Supplies website and your purchase of any products or services from Bombora Supplies LLC

I. Website Terms and Conditions of Use

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and any additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use this website.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of this site complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
 
2. License to Use Website Materials
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on this website for personal, non-commercial viewing only. This is a license, not a transfer of ownership.
You may not:
Modify, copy, or reproduce materials
Use materials for commercial or public display purposes
Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code
Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
Transfer or mirror materials to another server or person

Products labeled “For Professional Use” are intended for commercial or professional applications only and are not suitable for domestic or retail consumer use.
 
II. Returns Policy
1. Return Eligibility
Unused, non-custom merchandise may be returned within 14 days of the invoice date, provided items:
Are unused
Are in original packaging
Are in resellable condition
Returns outside this window will not be accepted.
Custom work and special-order items are non-returnable. All sales are final.
 
2. Return Process
Damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of delivery
An approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before returning goods
Returns shipped without an RMA may be refused
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
Incorrectly ordered or unwanted items incur a restocking fee of 20%–75%, depending on the product
Refunds are processed after inspection and credited to the original payment method.
 
III. Shipping, Warranty and Claims
1. Shipping
Orders are confirmed by email or phone
Backorders will be communicated prior to shipment
Pre-order items ship separately and incur shipping charges when dispatched
Shipping charges exclude re-delivery, tailgate, waiting, or accessorial fees
Orders may ship from Australian or other international warehouses
 
2. Warranty
Some products include manufacturer warranties
Warranty coverage applies to the end-user only, not resellers
Proof of purchase is required
Unauthorized reseller purchases may void warranty coverage
Shipping and labor costs may not be included
All electric grinders carry a parts-only warranty
No warranty claims will be accepted without prior authorization.
 
3. Claims
Shipping damage or discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of delivery
Missing shipments must be reported within 30 days of shipment date
Claims outside these timeframes will not be accepted
 
IV. Quotations and Prices
Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise
Prices may change prior to written acceptance of an order
Prices may be adjusted due to material cost fluctuations
All prices exclude applicable taxes, duties, and government charges
 
V. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information and is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
We comply with applicable U.S. privacy laws, including state-level consumer privacy statutes where applicable.
 
VI. Payments
Accounts are prepaid unless approved credit terms are in place
Credit card fees apply as disclosed at checkout
First-time credit card orders are subject to security verification
PayPal payments incur a 3% processing fee and must be arranged by email
Wire transfers are accepted
Drop-ship orders incur an additional $9.70 processing fee
Amazon orders must ship to a single address and meet minimum order requirements
 
VII. Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy
1. Policy Overview
Bombora Supplies has established a Unilateral Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) Policy to protect brand value and authorized reseller investment.
MAP applies to advertised prices only, not actual selling prices.
 
2. Policy Enforcement
Outside the United States:
Bombora Supplies may cancel orders, suspend accounts, or restrict supply.
Within the United States:
This MAP Policy is unilateral and non-contractual. Bombora Supplies does not negotiate MAP compliance and may, at its discretion, discontinue business with resellers advertising below MAP.
 
3. Advertising, Bundling & Promotions
MAP applies to all public advertising channels
“Call for price” and “email for price” are permitted
Bundling discounts exceeding 15% of MAP violate this policy
Unauthorized promotional pricing may result in suspension or termination
Seasonal MAP exceptions require written approval at least two weeks in advance.
 
VIII. Permission to Sell on Third-Party Platforms
Prior written approval is required to sell Bombora Supplies products on third-party marketplaces (including Amazon, eBay, and similar platforms).
Permission requests must be submitted to [email protected] and are granted at Bombora Supplies’ discretion. Unauthorized marketplace sales may result in account termination
or legal action.
