Cafetto Eco-Friendly Alkaline Milk cleaner is a certified organic system for daily use. It removes milk fat and scale build-up in automatic milk frothers and leaves no odors.

Features:

• Effectively kills 99.999% E.coli and Listeria (bacteria commonly associated with milk).
• Registered by Australian Certified Organic (ACO) as an allowed input in organic systems.
• Surfactants used in MFC Powder Eco are readily biodegradable.

Directions:

1. Flush milk out of the system with 500 mL of fresh water.
2. Add one 10g sachet to 500 mL (2 cups) of fresh cold water in a container or jug.
3. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved.
4. Flush the entire solution through the milk system following the machine manufacturer’s cleaning instructions.
5. Once the solution is dispensed, rinse the container. Fill the container with 1 Litre (4 cups) of clean water and flush through the milk system to thoroughly rinse.

Note: Do not mix with other chemicals.
