Instructions:

HOW TO USE - BACK FLUSH EACH DELIVERY GROUP

1. Remove the coffee filter from the group handle and replace it with a blind filter.
2. For daily cleaning, add 1/2 teaspoon of EC2 into the group handle and insert as if brewing espresso.
3. Start the cycle and allow it to run for 10 seconds to dissolve the cleaner.
4. Stop the cycle and allow it to sit for 10 seconds.
5. Start and stop cycle 4 more times - run for 10 seconds, stop for 10 seconds.
6. Remove the group handle and rinse well under a stream of water from the group. Turn off.
7. Reinsert the handle with the blind filter, and start and stop the cycle 10 times. Run for 5 seconds, then stop for 2 seconds to ensure thorough rinsing. Remove the blind filter and insert the regular filter.
8. Brew and discard a single espresso to re-season the machine.

HOW TO USE - CLEAN FILTERS AND GROUP HANDLES

1. Empty and turn off the machine.
2. Add 50g of Beverage Dispenser Cleaner powder with 1L of mild hot water.
3. Turn on the cleaning/wash cycle (refer to the manufacturer’s manual).
4. Let the machine run through a rinse cycle.
